1. Service Description

BookingsCyprus.com is a direct vacation rental booking platform for apartments in Northern Cyprus.

2. Booking Process

Submitting a booking request via the website form does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
Each request is reviewed manually. A confirmation or rejection email will be sent to the email address provided.
A booking is only confirmed once the guest receives an explicit confirmation email from the property owner.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices displayed on the website are base prices. Seasonal surcharges may apply.
Direct booking guarantees the best available rate — no OTA markup or hidden fees.
Payment terms and methods will be communicated upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via email at bookings@bookingscyprus.com or WhatsApp (+48 515 259 062).
Cancellation terms (deadlines, refund percentages) will be stated in the confirmation email for each booking.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests must treat the property and resort facilities with care. Damages will be charged to the guest.
Guests must comply with resort house rules.

6. Liability

The property owner is not liable for personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings during the stay.
The property owner is not responsible for disruptions to resort amenities that are managed independently by the resort.

7. AI Voice Assistant & Chat

The website offers an AI-powered voice assistant for informational purposes.
The AI assistant cannot check live availability or confirm bookings — it provides general information only.
AI-generated responses are not legally binding. Only written confirmation from the property owner constitutes a commitment.

8. Personal Data Collection

Data collected through the booking form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), check-in/check-out dates, apartment preference, and message.
This data is used solely for processing booking requests and communicating with guests.
Data is stored on the website’s database and is not shared with third parties.

9. Cookies

The site uses localStorage for: language preference, theme preference, and cookie consent status.
No third-party tracking cookies are used.
The AI voice widget may load external scripts when activated by the user.
